Shipping policy

DOMESTIC AND INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS 

Domestic orders typically arrive 4–7 business days after production and processing. Production time varies by product and order size and may take up to 5 business days, though some items ship immediately if in stock.

International orders generally arrive 2–4 weeks after the shipping date, but timing can vary based on the destination country and customs procedures. We recommend tracking your package with the number provided to stay updated on its progress. If your package appears lost, please contact us within 30 days of the shipping date to start a claim.

Please note that shipments to Latin America and certain other regions may take longer due to varying import laws and ongoing post-pandemic protocols. We cannot guarantee delivery within estimated timeframes or prevent delays at customs. Once the order reaches the destination country, it is the responsibility of local authorities and the customer to complete any required steps to receive the package.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are based on the number of items in your cart, your shipping address, and your chosen shipping method. You can see the final shipping and handling cost in your cart before completing your purchase.

Because we use multiple fulfillment centers, orders that ship from more than one location may have higher shipping rates. If you’d like to know how many packages your order will be split into, please contact us at support@shopthesims.com before placing your order.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES 

International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities, and we are unable to predict or influence whether they will apply. For information specific to your country’s import policies, please contact your local customs agency.

All customs-related fees are the responsibility of the customer, and we cannot offer reimbursement for these charges. If you believe there is an error on any customs invoice you receive, please reach out to us, and we will do our best to assist.

UNSUPPORTED SHIPPING COUNTRIES

Shipping to certain countries may be subject to restrictions or bans imposed by the various carriers we partner with.
